THE POINT ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE LAKE TOURIST MARKET IN A GRAND TOUR RICH IN CULTURE AND BEAUTY

The 2023 Grand Tour of Lake Garda is a unique experience that allows you to discover the natural, historical and cultural beauties of this splendid area. The tour will take place over five weekend weeks in October, nicknamed "tourism month" for the occasion, starting with a lesson proposed by a university professor who will describe the issues relating to Garda that can be traced back to it. The aim is to combine knowledge with the beauty of the lake, so as to promote reflection and passion for the places, with the spirit of making lake tourism more aware. The events will be a real crossroads of cultures, languages and innovation, starting from September 30th with the appointment in Desenzano del Garda, specifically in the Sala della Musa of Villa Brunati. The second appointment follows on 7 October in Toscolano Maderno, where it will be possible to visit the Paper Museum. On October 14th the tour will move to Arco, in particular to the Sala Auditorium of Palazzo dei Panni, and then conclude with a visit to the Galleria Civica G. Segantini.
The penultimate event will be held in the Municipal Library of Valeggio sul Mincio, with the inevitable visit to the Visconti Bridge, while on 28 October, the cycle of events will be closed by the discussion on "Sustainable tourism and media narratives" in Torri del Benaco, in the San Giovanni Auditorium followed by a visit to the Scaligero Castle Museum.
